Work from home, worship from home, study from home and socializing from home are the new normal. Covid-19 pandemic has forced human being to find a new normal almost in every aspects of human interactions. Some reluctant, others confused, many adapt and few against. All are understandable reactions which, at the end, forced every body to bow to the new rules we called new normal.

Both social and business implications of this pandemic are enormous. It requires a strong leadership with a determined reaction to deal with its extensive domino effects. The fact that it is an unprecedented event, no one has a clue.

Often in dealing with such a situation what you need the most is collaboration. You will need to pull all of your resources to collaborate into the battle field, the very thing you ironically can not do now. It was a luxury of the past, or at least until the Covid-19 vaccine found.

This is a “cause and effect” relationship. You can only build a stronger connection with your client when all of your internal resources are strongly connected too. Building stronger connection with your client is through satisfactory client service, which is a collaborative efforts. You need to align all your client services into one unique package in effective and efficient ways.

Finding a common IT platform with your clients is a challenging job. In addition to that, your client’s internal control policies could prevent you to build a common system platform that can provide you an access with their system, let alone sharing their data. But in this new normal, this is something you need to discuss with you clients to find new ways of clients servicing, which will ultimately build a stronger connection with your clients.

A strong proactive approach is very important to start scouting all elements and to put them into perspective so you can present an innovative new client service solutions while you and your team are still working remotely from home or from other based.
